| Feb 24, 2026 | I have been invited as a keynote speaker and to co-chair a roundtable on Indigenous People and Religious Missions in the Abya Yala at the VI Congresso Internacional Mundos Indígenas (COIMI), taking place in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil, from February 25th to 28th, 2026, one of the most important international gatherings dedicated to Indigenous History in Latin America! I’ll be contributing to vital scholarly and intercultural conversations with Indigenous Leaders and academics on Indigenous resistance, colonial dispossession, and decolonial methodologies, drawing on my research on colonial Paraguay, Indigenous history, Slavery and AI-Digital Humanities.
